I changed all the settings in hauppauge capture and tried different encoders etc to no avail. Im wondering if anyone has any experience for this capture device and has a area to work with. Tried as many tweaks as i could figure out to get it to try to work. Now the problem i have is in multiplatform every thing else my overlay, facecam both work but im getting an insane amount of bleeding and dropped frames during high movement times of gameplay in preview all the way through from the capture card. So i decided to take the leap from original obs to multiplatform to try to get away from the windowed mode streaming i had to do to get the device to work with obs(hauppauge hd pvr 2 gaming edition).
